I wonder why there is a 14 mph speed limit in my apt complex. Why didn’t they just make it 15? Is one mph going to make a hill of beans difference?

I’m bugged when I watch a movie, like today during Princess Diaries, and one character is looking at a picture, but you, the viewer don’t get to look at it. I always want them to zoom in on it, so that I can see it. This always gets on my nerves about tv and film. By the way, TPD is one of those movies I don’t get tired watching. That Anne Hathaway is just so darn cute.
