While I was sleeping last night,this happened. It just seems so bizarre that 8 people died during the night to flooding, esp. the 2 girls who got swept away at Alumni and Nicholasville.

I just have to keep this wrapped around my mind – rushing water is just not something you mess with. It’s scary and dangerous and deadly. I wish that all those people had known this before getting out in it.
