I came across a site tonight via Elsie Flannigan’s blog (love her). It’s called Uppercase and there’s a bevy of cool graphic-designery things on there that I’m betting will inspire you just like they did me…
Their site sells it’s own magazine, books & papergoods. It’s a cool, eclectic mix of great design and craftiness…what a way to speak to my heart!
Like, check out their beautiful Eclectonote journals. It is made of repurposed books, vintage papers and has fine detail including foil stamping, die cuts, and laser printed transparent covers. I love it! There are some other cool themes too including “Arts & Crafts”, “Peas & Carrots”, and “Home & Garden”.
I also really love the type treasures eclectic paper good kits. Giant transparent numbers…now that’s some good stuff!
There’s also other fun gifts like these awesome retroesque pocket mirrors. This one comes in 3 colors.
They also have great cards. I love the simplicity and simple message. That’s the power of good graphic design.
Check out their awesome blog too! They also publish great books like Work/Life (actually it’s on pre-order, but you can preview it). This is published in Canada, so you may want to check out their ordering section for more info. If you are anything like me, there will be plenty you will want to order. Check them out!
Until next time Swellions!
