Yes, you read it right. That girl is me. I decided to do a personal vlog telling you about my very disgusting experience. I don’t go into great detail (come on, I’m already admitting online that this happened to me, I don’t need to give you all the gross embellishments).
My friend Kathy a.k.a. Crafty Chica said I must share this story with my readers and fellow Blogher ’12 attendees! So here is the incredibly play by play of my hurl/spew/barf/puke/throw up moment. And if it makes you want to throw up in your mouth a little bit, I take that as a total compliment.
Until next time Swellions!

You poor girl! Once your elevator-mates hear this I’m sure they will be thanking you for NOT barfing on them! Hope you are feeling better!

Alexa, I’m laughing my a$$ off at the way you told this story, but NOT laughing that you got sick. Definitely been there, done that, can only imagine your “joy” when you found a bathroom w/out anyone in it!
I’m so sorry you weren’t feeling well but the way you tell this story just makes me laugh. This story just makes me love you even more!
OMG Alexa, this is awful/hilarious! I was thinking ‘please don’t throw up in the elevator! please don’t throw up in the elevator!’ Glad you’re feeling better now 🙂

Holy crap! (or should I say Holy Spew)…You poor thing 🙁
That feeling is the worst. WORST. Just remind yourself that it wasn’t your fault — you didn’t do anything wrong. Also, these are hotel staff — they have seen far, far worse.
Man, it sucks when vomit happens to good people. Glad you are feeling better!
