Check it out, for a second time in a week, I made an apple pie from scratch! Boo ya! I’m making this to take into work tomorrow, so there will be some super special lucky recipients of my pie.
By the way, I used this recipe by HBIC for the filling and this recipe by Jean Haseloh on Allrecipes.com for the crust. And obviously, if it wasn’t good, I wouldn’t be making it two times in a row in a week!
Anyway just wanted to share. Oh, and I took this photo too. I thought this photo was very fresh and pure-looking.
