I pretty much spent my weekend making these:
And watching Mad Men:
Admittedly, I’m obsessed with it. I love the way they dress, the secretive drama, the mystique. It’s very interesting and refreshing. Very cool to see a world before all our crazy technologies and of course I love that it’s set in an advertising agency and they use real brands like Kodak, American Airlines, and Clearasil. Oh, and I totally love Don Draper…super dreamy (I don’t think I’ve ever used dreamy in reference to anyone…ever!) If you haven’t checked it out, you can get it from NetFlix and the Second Season is currently online through AMC OnDemand through cable.
I also forgot my camera charger at work so I went 2 days without it…oh, the agony! I wanted to take better pics of my rosettes, but I’ll have to get on that this week. I have a lot to do in the upcoming month to prepare for my October blog goodness. It will be here before I know it!
