Over a year ago, I picked up this vintage sewing circle set from a local thrift store. The colors and graphics inspired me! I wish more kits were made like this today. It is just so adorable.
I’ll prob. just use this more for something to prop up. I did think about making a garland out of the circles. I think that would be pretty sweet! Here’s some cute detail photos of the set 🙂

I’m not much of a seamstress, but I’d have to be pretty silly not to pass this little 70’s number down, don’t you think? It’s a cute plastic sewing case I got at Yoshi Now a while back in Fresno. I think it’s so adorable and the colors make me really happy. I can see Marsha Brady using it, that is when she’s not doing her other fave activity…brushing her hair.
Here’s the inside. Can you believe I got it for just a buck? SCORE! I love little vintage steals.

Tonight I went out with my friend Kathy (a.k.a. Crafty Chica) for a fun photo shoot and dinner at the Olive Garden. The was lots of hair, laughs, and glitter! We shot all these outside of Yoshi Now in downtown Fresno. I got a lot more cool ones with the graffiti background too! I just haven’t had a chance to process them all.
